Cebu Pacific! Cheap and cheerful, their sales aren’t that frequent, and tend to have VERY limited seats on each date. Please do not crucify me if one of the links below is more expensive when you try it – try another date around it instead. They do tend to sell out fast and it’s been on since last night, but I couldn’t post until now.
It includes 7kg carry-on and I gather that’s it – everything else on board costs. But it is very cheap.
